True restoration happens off-site. By us transporting your rug to our dedicated wash facility, we are able to perform a complete immersion cleaning designed to remove deeply embedded contaminants, neutralize odors, and correct staining with precision.
PRE INSPECT AREA RUG IN HOME
We inspect an area rug's materials fully. We tag the area rug with a unique ID to identify the rug in our system. We then write on the tag the rug position, work needed and which way the pile of the rug is facing to be able to put it back in its exact location.
WHITE GLOVE PICKUP & DELIVERY
We take multiple pickup photos as well as document dropbox reports of all furniture and rug positioning. On site rug laying with designers or clients to achieve final desired look. Shoe covering's with booties throughout home
RUG CLEANING BATH
Each rug is completely submerged in a controlled wash bath to flush out dirt, stains, and odors from within the fibers. This immersion process allows us to cleanse the rug thoroughly and safely, based on its specific material and construction.
Our centrifuge system.
This advanced machine spins the rug at high speeds — similar to a dryer — extracting excess water while also allowing for additional rinsing. The result? A deeper clean, faster dry times, and exceptional overall results.
Drying Tower.
Cleaned rugs are placed in our professional drying tower, where continuous airflow moves evenly through the entire piece. This ensures the rug is dried completely and properly — protecting its structure, color, and texture.
OUTDOOR FURNITURE, CUSHIONS & UMBRELLA PICKUP
To maintain the condition of your outdoor furniture, cushions and umbrellas, we suggest picking them up at the end of each season.
